If you ask to be added to our waiting list, we expect that you are serious about waiting for a Jem Puppy. While we understand that on occasion the perfect pup for your family may come available elsewhere while you are waiting, we would appreciate you notifying us if this is the case so that you can be removed from the list and the next family waiting can be contacted. While we do work from a waiting list, sometimes families on our list are looking for something very specific, so we encourage you to contact us as soon as you are ready for your new companion in the event we do have something that is not already spoken for. We spend a good deal of time, love, and money raising our dogs to be the most well rounded healthy puppies possible. We firmly believe that when you choose to purchase a pup or adult from us that you are investing in generally 12-14+ years of love and companionship. You also get our support and help in all things regarding our dog for the entire lifetime of the dog. We raise pups for the love and betterment of the breed first and foremost, and are lucky enough to have a beautiful Jem puppy to share with a wonderful families.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Jem Chihuahuas DOES NOT ship puppies "sight-unseen" to new owners or place puppies with new owners in any other fashion without having first met the new owner, and giving them the chance to observe the puppy/dog in person. We expect that anyone that is interested in one of our dogs will make the effort to travel to us (or allow us to travel to you) to meet us and their potential pup/dog in person. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Our companion puppy prices depend on the individual puppy. 
Companion puppies are placed on a general terms, spay/neuter contract and with LIMITED AKC REGISTRATION 
(this means the puppy can not be shown or bred from.) 

*We require a non-refundable deposit of at least 1/2 of the purchase price on all of our chihuahua puppies/dogs once an 
agreement is made between both parties. We expect that you will make arrangements to get us your deposit within 3 days of any such agreement. In the event we do not receive your deposit in a timely fashion, we reserve the right to pursue 
another home for our dog. When sending your deposit, please be sure that you are absolutely certain in your decision.

Our MAS puppies are reserved further in advance, and a certain number of reservations will be made for show or companion puppies at the time pregnancy is confirmed. If you are interested in a MAS puppy, please contact us ASAP to discuss what we may have coming available soon.
